Jan 9, 2015: InnoVital Systems Inc. has been selected for a Phase II SBIR award by the Defense Health Program to continue development of the SureCric universal device for performing cricothyrotomies. InnoVital s novel SureCric device will deskill and improve the success rate of the procedure to address the military s third leading cause of preventable battlefield death: airway obstruction.

June 9, 2014: InnoVital Systems Inc., in collaboration with ILC Dover1, has been selected for an Army Phase II SBIR award to continue development of the AirFloor system a novel air-encapsulated energy absorbing flooring system for protecting soldiers from vehicle underbody IED blasts.

April 30, 2014: InnoVital Systems Inc., in collaboration with the University of Maryland Department of Aerospace Engineering2, has been selected for a NASA Phase I SBIR award to develop an innovative extra-vehicular activity (EVA) glove exoskeleton for increased astronaut dexterity.
